1 To issue keys and supplies to Room Attendants
2. To conducts morning briefings to Room Attendants
3.To allocate daily assignment to Room Attendants
4.To check daily occupancy reports
5.To read log books and follow up as required
6.To update logbook and communicate important information
7.To follow up on trace reports for special guests requests, VIP rooms and carries them out
8.To inspects check out rooms before reporting them ready for sale after it has been
9.To clean by Room Attendants according to set standard.
10.To spot check on occupied/long stay guests rooms
11.To inspects all areas, corridors, pantries, service areas, staircases and ensure they are
12.To checks and order supplies for designated floors
13.To report to Engineering of any maintenance job and follow up to ensure job is
14.To ensure that all Lost and Found items are recorded according to procedure set
15.To Investigate complaints and take corrective measures
16.To attend training conducted by training department
17.To concern any other duties assigned from time to time by Housekeeper.
