Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
1. Assist in the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified applicants to meet the needs of the department.
2. Train, coach and manage all receiving associates in all policies and procedures of the company.
3. Oversee and participate in the timely receipt and distribution of all incoming and outgoing deliveries according to Company standards.
4. Ensure that all shipping and receiving functions that affect the store inventory are processed accurately by verifying purchase orders and ticketing, and auditing the validation and verification reports.
5. Ensure the accurate processing of all returns-to-vendors (RTV's), chargebacks, transfers and damages based on Company policies and procedures. Package products for return to vendors and fill out any (Notification form) paperwork necessary prior to the shipment being picked up
6. Oversee compliance of receiving practices with established Company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping procedures.
7. Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area as well as the general maintenance of the store.
8. Communicate with central distribution and/or the corporate inventory control department.
9. Help solve problems and make informed decisions that affect the service, and productivity of the receiving area.
10. Oversee compliance of receiving practices with established food handler safety (SFMS) policies and standards
11. Receive products from vendor deliveries and Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list.
12. Collaborate with our Kitchen department to pick up product a schedule for food safety time management transfer (SFMS).
13. Update the product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory (SCM System).
14. To the record and temperature checked upon receipt foods product include transport vehicle inspected properly maintained chilled and frozen.
