Guest Service Supervisor

- Good English communication skills both in verbal & written.
- At least 3 years Front Office experience in 5 star hotel
- Knowledge in Opera system is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS office (word, excel and power point)
- Positive team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with open for changes
- - CAN DO- attitude and goals orientated

The executive Lounge Supervisor is accountable for sales and profit in the area, and brings into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Hotel.
