Qualification
- Male/Female age between 28-35 years old
- Min 5 years of multi-unit management experience preferably in restaurant chain or retail business
- Good knowledge of food and beverage
- Strong sales-hunter mindset and LSM experience will be a big plus
- Process and system driven
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Thai Nationality with proficiency in English
- Male/Female age between 28-35 years old

Responsibilities
- Be able to manage multi stores
- Drive operations agenda and take ownership of sales
- Lead the execution of service standard in all stores
- Achievement of sales target, execution of operating system and people development
- Strong understanding of P&L and managing Total Controllable Income
- Manage restaurants budgets, assess and improve profitability
- Strong ability in managing inventories, stock levels and purchase orders
- Ensure training process and standard are being follow
- Achieve customer satisfaction target through consistently review operation performance
- Effectively communicates with field people on opportunities, benefits, goals or strategic plans
- Ensure 'field-ready' about launching new product
- Develop and select right people to be part of the team
- Consistently develop bench plan of restaurant management team
- Reviews management evaluations for consistency
- Enforce standard policies and procedures
