- Super Hosts are able to train new hosts on how touse the PMS system and reports required.
- Super Hosts create, make, lead & participate withour guests in the activities we offer. Create newactivity programs and share.
- You are to lead the forecasting of all F&B sellingitems, along with stationary and then order as required for the operation. Keeping detailed reports on this to ensure all items available.
- As a scout leader know the neighbourhood & the location better than hosts. Share your knowledge & experience with guests & the hosts.
- Attends to guest- s complaints, inquiries and requests, and refer problems to Assistant Manager if unable to assist. You are empowered to solve the problem as a Super Host.
- Responsible for the daily role of the Hosts, ensuring they are following the requirements of their job description & SOP- s.
- As a Super Host you are a troubleshooter, positioning yourself within the hostel where guest needs are. Support the F&B & reception as needed, and guest requests as needed. You lead the team & yourself to meet the guest needs.
- Super Hosts are the guardians of the I-wish program, collecting guest feedback, sharing the information and support action plans to resolve guest- s issues or to share positive feedback.
- Support the scheduling of Hosts & team with the Assistant Manager.
