Purchasing Officer

- Male or Female and age between 25 -30 years old
- Thai Nationality holding Bachelor Degree in Accounting or other, Finance or related field with pleasant personality.
- At least 1 - 2 years experiences in similar position and capacity in an upper scale hotel.
- Must possess computer skills in Micros and also Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Able to work under pressure
- Needs to be accountable, accurate and hard working
- Program knowledge in MC. System
- Good knowledge system purchase process

Job Attends to user department- s needs.
- Processes the purchase request and ultimately the purchase order.
- Arranges the delivery of goods and ensures its compliance.
- Prepares the required reports assigned by Purchasing Supervisor and Purchasing Manager.
- Attends to the important requirements.
- Be informed and keeps your supervision informed of all matters that may affect your work, the hotel- s service or reputation.
- Processes purchase orders.
- Processes the daily market list.
- Prepares and ensures that purchase orders and purchase requisitions are filled in serial numbers for auditor purposes.
- Follows up and finalizes on any price variance against quoted and purchase price.
