Sales Manager (Hotel Business)

Qualifications:

- Male or Female with University graduate preferable in Hotel Management or related field
- 5-10 years of experiences in the same position or sales department in the other standard hotel
- Solid in developing sales strategies
- Possess strong communication, organization and relationship skills
- Commercial Mindset
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
Computer Literacy: Microsoft, Google or any revenue software.

Responsibility :
- Achieve sales an annual target.
- Monthly sales strategic plan.
- Creating promotions.
- Approach new business corporate accounts.
- Maintain existing accounts.
- Weekly Cold call and sales call visit clients.
- Creating quotation.
- Creating booking.
- Coordinate with reservation team, restaurants, meeting room, GolfClub, marketing team and outside suppliers.
- On-site at property when having group or inspection.
- ISO evaluation.
- Sales team staffs- evaluation
- Report sales monthly/ yearly production to GM and CEO.
