Operations Manager (D Varee Diva Rimnaam, Chanthaburi)

- Knowledge & Skills: A successful track record in Hotel
Management.
- Education, Training & Qualifications: Hotel school
graduate preferably with University Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years- experience, 5 of
which must be at management level.
- Personality: Articulate, persuasive, tactful and
effective in management style.
- Physical Requirements: Excellent health.
Languages
- Excellent communication skill in English: in both
written and verbal terms.

- The position will assist the Director of Operations and
have across the board responsibilities to all matters
that are related to the Hotel.
- Responsible and in charge for the overall
management of the Hotel.
- In co-ordination and at the direction of D Varee HQ
and Board of Directors, assist the Director of
Operations to formulate and implement the Hotel's
short and long term objectives.
- Ensure that the operations of the Hotel are in
adherence to policies laid down by D Varee HQ and
Board of Directors.
- Together with the Heads of Department, ensure that
the Hotel's operating procedures are in compliance
with the Hotel's policies and local governmental
regulations.
- Form and maintain a motivated, professional and
progressive management team.
- Meet financial targets.
- Establish standard in accordance with the Hotel's
mission statement.
