- Everyday operation at front office and housekeeping auditor.
- Reservation Control and audit at PMS, OTA and Channel Manager.
- Cashier Auditor.
- Assist customer getting around the city
- Guest relations management.
- Handling guest complains.
- Room cleanliness control.
- Update status at social media.
