รายละเอียดงาน
- Directs, controls, co-ordinates and supervises all Servers.
- Ensures that the outlets area are clean. All discrepancies should be brought to the attention of the department concerned. Makes work order, if necessary, and follow up until the job is done.
- Supervises and oversees consistent, smooth and efficient service rendered to guests at the outlets.
- Checks daily events to ensure that specific requirements are carried out accordingly.
- Attends to operational problems brought to his/her attention, attends to guest- s complaints, inquiries and requests.
- Deals with staffs that encounter problems or difficulties.
- Performs service recovery.
- Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of outlets, operation equipment and other material used by the outlets.

-จัดเตรียมความเรียบร้อยของห้องอาหาร
-รับรองลูกค้า และดูแลเรื่องการสั่งอาหารให้ตรงตามความต้องการและความรวดเร็ว
-ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการให้บริการ
-อธิบายวิธีรายการเมนู ต่างๆได้ จัดทำเมนูปัจจุบันให้กับลูกค้าและตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับอาหาร
-เตรียมความพร้อม ให้บริการอาหาร พิเศษ ที่โต๊ะ ตรวจสอบความต้องการของลูกค้า
-ควบคุมดูแลพื้นที่การให้บริการ
