Night Manager

- Bachelor degree or higher in any related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a hotel industry
- Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, and service-minded.
- Good command in English or Mandarin
- Able to work under shift rotation

- Manage activities of staff in the hotel, ensuring they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the hotel policies and procedures, coaching, and correcting where needed.

- Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

- Deal with complaints, problem solving, special requests and any other issues that may arise.

- Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, assigning work, conducting training and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.

- Manage booking allotments and control extranet of Online Travel Agent

- Check in / check out and assist guests to ensure that they have a pleasant stay
