Job Qualifications

- Male Only, Age between 30-40 years.
- Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Chinese or Japanese language is desirable.
- Experience: At least 5 years- international experience in the spa or gym with Swimming pool or wellness industry and at least 3 years at Mid-Management level in similar sized and style of operation.
- Competencies: People management, commercial awareness, influence, communication, resilience, analyzing information, developing relationships, decision making, planning.
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, Power-point, spa software.

- Managing maintenance, insurance, repairs and cleaning of onsen operations Ensures that Brand Standards are met or exceeded at all times, in all areas designed for well-being activities.
- To maintain a high customer service focus
To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.
- Positively dealing with and learning from customer complaints and comments with follow up and feedback to the Wellness Manager.
- To perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures safety and that of others in workplace.
- Be Pro-Active towards guests, assisting them with any reasonable requests, and training all staff to see these things before the guests ask.
- To sustain and achieve monthly to yearly budgeted forecast for the Onsen.
Plan and organize activities and positive reinforcement work attitude to every staff.
Be familiar with Wet area safety, currently first aid and fire emergency procedures.
