Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
1. Checks competitive prices, submits and prices purchase orders
2. Maintains an approved vendor listing to be reviewed with the Controller to be used for all purchasing,
3. Participates in weekly and monthly physical inventories.
4. Recommends to management what food and beverage and all other items should be purchased, the price/value, and priority.
5. Oversees control over the storerooms for operating equipment such as glass, china, silver and linen.
6. Oversees maintenance of perpetual inventory for all items.
7. Oversees shipping and receiving of merchandise
8. Tries to maintain a reasonable Par Stock Level for every item to avoid Stock-Out and Excess Stock in stores, unless for some items with import restrictions.
9. Carries out periodic visits to the storerooms and ensure that it is clean and tidy and arranged in an orderly manner.
10. Takes maximum effort to ensure that all goods are purchased for the hotel at the best, lowest price and the best available quality so that the hotel's costs can be minimized and the profits can be maximized.
