Job Qualifications

1. At least Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
2. Have experience as the EAM/ Resident Manager more than 2 years.(preferable with experience from 4-5 stars international brand hotel) /Service Apartment or Lounge
3. In-depth knowledge in both operations of the hospitality industry.
4. Effective management and supervisory skills.
5. Proactive, initiative, result-oriented with pleasant personality, service minded, confident, and excellent team leader.
6. Good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and problem solving.
7. Ability to respond guests effeciently and work well under pressure.
8. Excellent proficiency in both written & spoken English and computer literate.

Operation Manager is mainly responsible for the commercial result of his operation and the efficiency of the day-to-day operations of the hotel. This position requires
-Responsibility of quality of services, budget control, facilities' standards
-Planning work schedule for individual and team and ensuring harmony among staff.
-Ensuring compliance with licensing law, health and safety.
