Technician (ช่างเทคนิค)

1. At least Technical College Diploma in Air Conditioning or Mechanical
2. At least 3 year on-the-job-experience in a Hotels, Hospitals, Manufacturing or Repair, Commercial, Industrial Factories
3. Good interpersonal skill and supervisory skill

Morning Shift
1. Walk around a check point and signed the name.
2. Every Thursday at 2 pm. We have to Run general test and fire pump & Jockey pump test. Technician who work in morning shift need to stand by on that time.
Afternoon shift
1. Walk around a check point and signed the name.
2. Cleaning the surrounding area and vacuum pump in swimming pool area.
3. 6 pm. Open a light at Hotel sign, spirit house, pond, car parking, swimming pool, staff emergency stair and close a light in front of staff lift.
4. 8 pm. - 6 am. Lock a service emergency stair.
5. 9 pm. Close a light and air-condition at fitness centre, swimming pool and lock the swimming pool door.
6. 10 pm. - 6 am. Lock a staff lift and close the exhaust fan and close the air-condition at floor 3-7
7. 10 pm. - 6 am. Close the air-condition at lobby
Night shift
1. Walk around a check point and signed the name.
2. A daily check of the motor filter pump in machine room and the cleaning of filter water pump.
3. A daily check of the motor pump of the jacuzzi (if applicable).
4. A daily check of the main breaker control switch.
5. 12 am. Taking notes of water and electricity
6. 12 am. - 6 am. Close a light and water pump at a pond.
7. Cleaning the surrounding area.
8. Cleaning the vacuum pump in swimming pool area.
9. Close a light at spirit house, open exhaust fan at staff lift and open staff lift, staff emergency stair and open the air-condition at floor 3-7 and lobby.
10. 6 am. Switch a light at corridor
11. Check the chemicals at swimming pool at take note
12. 7 am. Put more a water at a pond.
