Job Qualifications

- Female / Age not over 38 years
- 3 years experience in HRD, Organization, Development
- Possess - can do- attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination commitment to deliver results.
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Strong vision and strategic planning skills
- Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.

- Map out annual training plans and schedules for Back Office
- Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
- Select appropriate training methods or activities per case (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
- Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Coordinate with concerned parties to implement training & development program and ensure effectiveness.
- Follow the other jobs as a superior assignment
