Accounting Officer

Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- Good communication in English
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
- If coming from the tourism business, hotels, property businesses will be an advantage.
- Displays mature, professional and effective personnel communications skills
- High responsibility, self-disciplined and result-oriented
- Good knowledge in taxation and accounting
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially for MS Excel
- Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information, ability to work effectively on tight deadlines

Responsibilities ;
- Responsible for financial and accounting process, handle account Receivable/payable, general ledger, fixed assets, P&L and day-to-day transactions
- Prepare/Review payment/Receive vouchers, account reconciliations
- Responsible for all Tax Submission, Vat, Withholding tax and dealing with the Revenue Department.
- Assists in budgeting and forecasting
- Support month-end and year-end close process and prepare timely monthly financial statement
- Responsible for audit preparation and coordinating the audit process.
- Assisting with special/ad-hoc projects, as requested by the management
