Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
1. To maintain good communication / ensure good discipline and behavior in department.
2. To ensure that provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
3. To assist Bar Manager with monthly stock taking and maintain bar stocks in accordance with established level.
4. To ensure wines and beers are stocked at proper temperatures and in correct manner.
5. Clean dispense bar area, prepare beverage accessories/ lemon, olives etc.
6. To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of his section or outlet.
7. The bartender must make sure that any set ups are always ready on time, so that he may be able to give quick, efficient and
quality service and help.
8. He constantly strives to give excellent and friendly service. The bartender Is always well groomed and neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform. He will never frequent the back or front of the house area either
on or off duty unless he is in the proper uniform.
9. Understanding of the hotel- s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Sanitation, Health and Safety.
10. Must be familiar with all policies and procedures relating to his department.
11. He is aware of the importance of quality of service provided to his assigned area of work and hence makes every effort to give the best service possible. He is efficient and at all times assumes a pleasing and helpful attitude towards his supervisors and team .
12. He is always aware of his work schedule/ punctual and must give adequate notice whenever serious circumstances prevent him from adhering to his schedule
