1. Suggest food and beverages, be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
2. Clean and polish glassware, china ware, hollow ware and flatware.
3. Maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
4. Replenish supply of linen and other operating equipment.
5. Obtain requested items from storeroom.
6. Keep general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
7. Follow correct sequence of service as outlined.
8. Set up tables in accordance with restaurant policy.
