Director of Revenue Management

* Minimum 6 years experience in Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing or related professional area.
* Knowledge of principles and processes for providing luxurious guest experiences
* Ability to develop and maintain Revenue Management department goals
* Understanding of market dynamics, enterprise level objectives and important aspects of the company- s business
* Has effective skills in managing hotel- s operations to meet target customer needs, growing revenues and maximizing financial performance
* Excellent communication skills and command of English
* Possess strong leadership attributes and ability to make effective decisions

Oversee the entire revenue management activities and responsible for balancing the financial objectives of different lodging products to maximize total revenues and profit associated with guest rooms. The position is accountable for maximizing hotel revenue through revenue management, inventory control, market segment pricing, statistical analysis and demand stimulating initiatives. The Director of Revenue Management works closely with Sales & Marketing and Reservation teams to maximize sales and revenue generation, while ensuring smooth operations of the department.
