Job Type: Hotel Loyalty Card Program - Sales Executive
Basic Function:
Responsible for Eastin Grand Card Membership Selling and Benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Handles Eastin Grand Card Loyalty Program as a - Program Administrator- and - seller-
2. Ensures that new Eastin Grand Card members are well informed of general terms & conditions
3. Ensures Eastin Grand Card members database is being kept properly and no one is allowed to adjust, unless otherwise with the permission from Eastin Grand Card Loyalty Program - Sales Manager or Director of Sales and Catering.
4. Processes data entry of membership applications with monitoring regularly and filing membership information in the system with monitoring regularly
5. Processes mailing of Eastin Grand Card membership package with following up through the end process if the member has receive the package.
6. Responsible for mailing approval letters, membership cards and the payment of the new
7. Reviews applications in order to follow up of membership which needs of renewal 1 month in advance before expiry date of each member
8. Works closely with members Eastin Grand Card Loyalty Program - Sales Manager and other department concerns in preparation, promotion and selling
9. Provides supporting services with information for new member approval packets
10. Responds to e-mail enquiry, phone calls as telemarketing in selling Eastin Grand Card Loyalty Program.
11. Provides clerical support to the department to include filing, faxing, stuffing envelopes, etc.
12. Clerical responsibilities related to membership processing
13. Assists EGC sales manager with projects as needed.
14. Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closing sales
15. Gathers market and customer information and shares with team
16. Represents the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
