1.Communicate in a friendly, tactful and professional manner with stars, suppliers and fellow Band Members.
2.Be informed and keep your supervisor informed of all matters that may affect your work, the hotel service or reputation.
3.Always present a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with the hotel- s grooming standard.
4.Coordinate the preparation of all VIP Returns, Long Stay, and Honeymoon.
5. Check all VIP guest rooms prior to arrival.
6.Coordinate the preparation of VIP amenities.
