Accounting officer

- Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel & Outlook) Experiences in hotel business is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to contribute in a professional and collaborative way to a team
- Knowledge of contemporary IT including MS office processing, email, spreadsheet, database and similar disciples
- Demonstrate of oral communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to manage the flow of people and business, liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding sensitive and confidential matters, and maintain effective working relationships in a high volume environment
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to determine priorities, meet regular deadlines and take/follow up action

-daily transactions
- รับผิดชอบงานเกี่ยวกับ AR (Income), AP, GL
- บันทึกเอกสารค่าใช้จ่ายตามแผนกตามหลักการทางบัญชีและการเงิน
- ตามสอบเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ และจัดทำเอกสารทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำรายงานทางภาษีซื้อ - ขาย,
- บันทึกบัญชีรายได้และค่าใช้จ่าย
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ
- รับวางบิล และตรวจสอบ ทำจ่ายตามรอบชำระ
- ปิดงบเดือน/ปี
