- Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting or Financial or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of finance, accounting and tax.
- Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good communication in English - writing, reading and listening.
- Proactive and able to work with all levels in an organization.

- Possesses overall responsibility for accounting department administration.
- Assists with implementing and maintaining appropriate financial controls in all departments as needed.
- Compiles, in conjunction with the General Manager and department heads, all budgets and forecasts covering all activities of the hotel and the maintenance of all budget control procedures.
- Takes a responsibility for credit card authorization procedures and systems.
- Reviews daily reports and income audit.
- Takes a responsibility for financial control systems.
- Takes a responsibility for completing financial reviews.
- Takes a responsibility for control of guest checks, banquet checks, and promotion checks.
- Insures reporting of all sales and revenues.
- Maintains all contracts, leases, and other legal and financial
- Maintains proper register procedures and systems.
- Minimizes investment in inventories.
- Minimizes outstanding receivables.
- Performs timely profitability evaluations and audits of all departments.
