- Bachelor- s Degree in any related fields.
- 5 years of Hotel management or Retail management experience required
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others - team building skills.
- Planning and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Department in developing promotions and marketing strategy Employee.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
