Membership Manager
1. Provide leadership in selling membership / events and adverts
2. Ensure that sales target is met, both individually and for the department.
3. Generate prospects appropriate to the Club- s image.
4. Conduct inspection tours at the Club for prospects and entertain where appropriate.
5. Close each sale professionally and efficiently to ensure a satisfied customer.
6. Ensure all membership prospects and referrals are professionally followed up for sales and further sales opportunities by maintaining a prospect follow up system.
7. Ensure all new members are professionally enrolled into the Club. All enrolment session will only by held at the Club.
8. Ensure all record accounting and financial matters of sales closings are professionally and correctly handles.
9. Provide the Membership Secretary with complete prospect data necessary for entering into the Club- s administration System etc.
10. Assist General Manager with various sales and marketing programs and activities. i.e. banquet and catering sales.
