Qualifications

- ISLAMISM, THAI Nationality, Male / Female, age not over 35 years old
- Knowledgeable of Halal Cusine with strictly follow to the Halal standard, holding of Halal Certification would be an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Secondary school minimum or direct graduated from Culinary College will be advantage
- Work in experience 6 months to 1 year minimum in Hotel business or related field.
- Good personality and service minded
- Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing & cheerful personality with self-confidence.
- Able to communicate in English conversations will be advantaged.
- This position is restricted to individuals with the right to work in Thailand.

Halal Chef will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job Summary
- Work with the executive chef to produce diversified Halal menus in accordance with the restaurant- s policy and vision;
- Produce high quality food and support F&B Service with a smooth and guest satisfaction oriented kitchen operation.
- Plan the food design in order to create a perfect match between the dish- s aspect and its taste;
- Make sure that the professional equipment is in good conditions and signal any malfunction before it affects the staff or the clients.
- Create authentic experiences that rock to guests reflecting our image of rock n- roll and relax.
