Knowledge and Skills:
* Bachelor- s Degree/ University Degree or equivalent education required / Hotel/Human Resources Management or relevant field
* Excellent of English Communication skills both verbal and written
* Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office, (Excel/Power Point/ Word /Outlook) and ability to use other office equipment
* Training managers often have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development and education.
* Proven work experience as a training manager
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals Good computer and database skills
* Age : 35 - 45 Years old
* Minimum of 3-5 year relevant experience in training section of human resources dept.
* Thai Nationality only
