Reservation Supervisor

We are looking for a candidate with right attitude, who is a team player and can work well under pressure. In addition, he/she should possess:

- Previous service experience is preferred

- Good verbal & written English is a plus

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Highly responsible & reliable

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

- Familiar with the hotel's rules and regulations and standard operating procedures;

- Proficient in all the facilities and services provided by the hotel;

- Proficient in all booking steps and skills, handle various reservation confirmation, and can operate all kinds of equipment booking system;

- To ensure that all reservations type-in opera accurately, update and maintain its accurate and effective;
