Job Qualifications

- Bachelor- s degree in design or related field.
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
- At least five years- experience in a senior design position. Experience in branding design will be an advantage.
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Attention to detail and a great eye for new trends and technology.
- Highly innovative, artistic and creative. A good attitude and self-motivated to drive the team to new heights.
- Good time and project management skills. A good planner with a strong ability to organise and multitask under pressure and tight schedules.
- Good personality and a team player capable of collaborating with various internal departments (such as MarCom, Sales, HR, E-business, F&B), third-party partnerships, and freelancers, to manage the brand- s design activities.
- Experience working on online platforms or creative agencies would be an advantage.
- A great sense of style, a love of reading good content, a hunger for exploring new places in town, and full of ideas for new lifestyle hospitality experiences.
- Based in Bangkok, but able to travel between Bangkok and Pattaya on assignment regularly.

Oversee all corporate branding and design concepts under the Siam@Siam Design Hotels umbrella.
- Develop design strategies and present guidelines to be implemented by property teams.
- Work closely with corporate and property teams, such as sales, F&B, guest services and marketing, to implement the correct design concepts, product presence, and guest experience.
- Conduct team training on design developments for related teams such as marcom and sales.
- Put in place core brand design guidelines for internal use across all departments, especially the training and HR departments.
- Conduct or guide the interview and assessment process for hiring new corporate and property designers.
- Mentor team members and evaluate their performance.
- Plan and analyze content budget to meet budget specifications.
- Handle other assignments to the Guest Experience Department.
