Responsible for the purchase of all materials, merchandise and services required for hotel operation with the maximum efficiency, economy and accuracy with the exception of capital expenditures
- To ensure that the goods and services purchased by the hotel are of the best price while maintaining a high degree of quality and reasonable quantities.

- To ensure the accurate and timely reporting of all goods consumed and held on the premises.

- To optimize the beverage and food cost percentages of the hotel.
