CHINESE EXECUTIVE CHEF

- Minimum of 5 years- experience leading the kitchen of an upscale and reputable Cantonese Restaurant known for fine cuisine within a Hotel environment of stand alone Restaurant.
- Ability to set-up a new operation, develop authentic and refined menu offerings, recruit the kitchen brigade and train them to deliver consistent quality and attention to detail.
- A team player, able to work with the Hotel Events department for Chinese banquet requirements.
- Compliance with nutrition, hygiene, sanitation and safety standards.
- Experience in Thailand and pre-opening preferred but not essential.
