รายละเอียดงาน
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist the DCM in preparation of leaflet, promotions.
-Assist the DCM with communications with graphic studio and designer (handle proofs corrections with the graphic studio)
-Monthly update of marketing activities
-Creating a spread-sheet for media plan
-Control schedule of the media plan & deadlines
-Create database of clients
-Maintain GSO database
-Assist the DCM to update hotel information in all websites or new opportunity to expose the hotel to the public.
-Assist the DCM during photo-shoots
-Responsible for maintaining filing system for the Marketing Department
-Maintaining tracing system
-Responsible for all collateral inventory (ordering papers, brochures etc.)
-Help in assisting the sales department if need be, help the DOM and GM
-Be aware of activities in the hotel (F&B promotions, VIP arrivals, new appointments or promotions of associates) that should trigger public awareness.
-Assist departments concerned in matters pertaining to public relations to support sales and marketing, F&B, employee relations, and community affairs.
-Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
-Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
