Best Western Premier Bayphere in Pattaya, Chonburi is currently looking for Finance Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Assists and provides financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of the strategic plan and budget.
- Maximizes cash flow performance of the Hotel through controls on inventory, credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances.
- Enforces documents, establishes adequate controls for all revenues and expenses and protection of assets, and ensures controls will satisfy or improve the level of customer service.
- Maintains accurate and timely financial and operating information and provides analysis interpretations and projections to management as required.
- Provides administrative support to management with reference to policy enforcement, business advice and operational assistance.
- Trains and develops all employees in accounting sections to the desired level of skills and knowledge & competency required to the standard lay down by the management.
- Ensures that all induction and training programs are kept fully updated at all times.
- Obtains appropriate legal counsel regarding the business practices of the Hotel and maintains an awareness of local laws, rules and regulations.
