1. To set all IT policies concerned
2. To manage E-mail address (create / delete / forward) and capacity usage
3. To separate the connection system between Office & Guest for security reasons
4. To manage internet users, speed, bandwidth for both Office & Guest, and create User & Password
5. To manage PMS & POS users
6. To manage all Digital TV entire the hotel (LED at front / In room TV / Elevator TV / Etc.)
7. To control the cost of printing
8. To be an AV person and work closely with Eng team when we have functions
9. To set schedule for PCs maintenance
10. To work closely with all suppliers concerned with IT, eg. PMS
11. To manage all Mobile devices
12. To manage hotel's website
