Job Qualifications

1. Male / Female age between 25-40 years old
2. Knowledge in Business Plus program.
3. Bachelor- s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field.
4. At least 2 years- experience in payroll capacity.
5. Knowledge in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).

Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
1.Managing the payroll process; prepare and consolidate data, calculating payroll, and other incentive, expense claim, reviewing attendance reports, and such like.
2.Prepare related document, compensation revision letter and others.
3.Prepare hiring document and contract extension for employees.
4.Control Time Record System as of vacation and leave days accurate to company regulations.
5.Supporting day-to-day operations of the HR function.
6.Providing payroll information; responding to questions and queries.
7.Acting as the contact point for employees regarding compensation and welfare and other HR issues.
8.Manage, control, and update employee record.
9.Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
10.Preparing relevant reports from employee data and record.
11.Dealing with all types of HR rules and regulations and employee issues and requests.
12.Supporting and advising related parties on labor laws.
13.Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
14.Executing HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
15.Work as a team to organize company events and activities.
