Training Coordinator

1. Handle administrative work such as training invitation, training attendance, training report and other reports as assigned.
2. Operate Orisoft System: Training Module, in keeping training attendance record, printing reports, or as directed by the HR Manager.
3. Prepare training materials for all training activities.
4. Conduct general training topics such as taking parts in New Staff Orientation, Basic English Training, etc.
5. Observe all training courses or act as a co-trainer if necessary.
6. Arrange interesting and attractive Staff Notice Boards and keep them updated.
7. Responsible for the usage/set-up of training rooms including keeping them clean and tidy.
8. Responsible for all Human Resources area, i.e., Locker Rooms, Staff Restaurant and Staff Common Room.
9. Take minutes of HR Meeting and Departmental Trainers Meeting.
10. Prepare the documents to be submitted to the Skill Development Department.
11. Assist HR Manager in preparing Training Needs Analysis, Training Plan and Training Budget.
12. Coordinate with outsourced trainers to conduct several training courses for the hotel when necessary.
13. Be in charge of educational activities such as Student Trainees and other university related affairs.
15. Assist the HR team in functions as appropriate or as assigned.
