Job Qualifications

- Min 5 years of multi-unit management experience preferably in restaurant chain or retail business
- Good experience with budgeting, P&L statement, capital expenditures and forecasting.

Operations
- To report directly with Patron Chef on the standard of Operations, Menu, Strategies and as per assigned.
- In the meantime, you have to work with representative from BTSG and Turtle 23 in any relevant department i.e. Project Development, Marketing and etc.
- Follow the working direction, procedures and process as per considered and approved by BTSG and Turtle 23
- Ensure execution of operating standards that optimize returns on assets and increases sales and improves profits.
- Analyze weekly/monthly reports and data on sales, controllable expenses and profit, and take necessary actions in the timely manner to ensure that each restaurant operates profitably and maximizes its resources.
- Lead the team to create, develop and update any related procedures/systems and operational manual.
Customer
- Ensure all employees, the internal process & systems, provide exceptional service to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Ensure to resolve customer complaints in a proper and swift manner, and report to the management.
Finance
- Assist in the preparation of annual business plans, e.g. budget, manpower, strategy, training, etc.
- Set sales target of the responsible areas and drive sales to ensure achieve target.
- Evaluate sales trends and take appropriate action plan to close the sales gaps.
- Ensure that the team follow the companies (Turtle 2 and Turtle 23) rules and regulations which include but not limited to the procurement, booking keeping, money handling, licensing, POS, cost tracking, etc.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports and presentations upon request by the management.
Marketing
- Provide input and work with to the Group- s Marketing team on implementing marketing program.
- Evaluate local and domestic market trends, vendors and competitors constantly, ensuring the company- s operations remain competitive.
People
- Ensure that Restaurant Managers strictly follow company guidelines when recruiting, training, and managing their employees.
- Train, coach, counsel and develop all team members to achieve company standards/goals.
- Ensure that outlet employees successfully complete necessary training as required.
- Maximize employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking, and flexible rostering to meet the business goals as well as customer expectations.
- Utilize communication process to ensure that all employees are aware of their expectations and performance standards.
- Work with HR to conduct annual Performance Appraisal (KPI) in their professional development goals and ensures that they in turn conduct annual Performance Appraisal with their employees.
Other Duties
- Adhere to the company- s rules & regulations.
- Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.
- Always exercise responsible management and behave positively in representing the company
- Maintain strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.
- Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned (Ad hoc).
