Restaurant Supervisor

- At least Bachelor degree in any field
- At least 3 year experience in restaurant management with evidenced tracked record of achievements
- Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
- Proficiency in English and computer literate
- Experience in people management and development

- Assume responsibility of daily operation of the restaurant.
- Assist in properly executing revenue and check control procedures on shift.
- Handle daily employee relations i.e. scheduling, time adjustments, and etc.
- Find solutions for problems such as call outs, last minute bookings, or any other daily problems that may arise.
- During shift, ensure that customers are satisfied by assisting with serving, seating, communication with kitchen, and by striving to speak to all customers.
- Monitor hours, staffing overtime on a daily basis for restaurant with accurate scheduling in line with forecast and budget guidelines.
