Job Qualifications

Bachelor- s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
Min. 5 years- experience in hotel industry with Accor experience and/ or international brands is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai is a must
Able to work to deadlines, lead and develop a small team
Working knowledge of Wordpress CMS, and content management platforms
Familiarity with analytical platforms such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
Demonstrated ability to present ideas and diligent work ethic
Min. 5 years- experience in hotel industry with Accor experience and/ or international brands is an advantage

Create and implement a strategic plan for Marketing & Digital Communication for the IMPACT Hotels
Oversee the Marketing Budget for all channels for both Novotel & ibis
Ensure a strong working relationship with all stakeholders including Owning Company, Accor cooperate & regional office, Local Authorities, Media & press channels, and Hotel Management teams
Oversee social media channels to ensure strategy is in line with business goals and Brand Standards, enhancing revenue through key channels and digital marketing activities
To review performance & analytical data in support of digital marketing strategies both on Websites and Social Media.
To be our Brand Master and BARE Champion
Oversee the Marketing Budget for all channels for both Novotel & ibis
