Plan, organize, direct and oversees all aspects of the kitchen and stewarding operation, leading to guest satisfaction and profit for the hotel. Ensure that all areas are supplied with proper ingredient,material, tools and equipment to conduct the daily business.
The Executive Chef is responsible for the quality of food preparation and presentation, maintaining a high standard of sanitation and hygiene, while achieving desired cost level.
