- Receive information from the reservation department.
- Welcome when customers arrive at the hotel.
- Follow the Check in and Check out steps.
- Bring customers to the room and recommend room facilitator.
- Answer questions and provide various information and offer other hotel services to customers.
- Coordinate with various departments to prepare the room. Food and beverage service.
- Contact with the housekeeper to check the rooms and facilities.
