Chinese Marketing Executive

Qualifications:

- Male or Female, age 25-32 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Chinese or related fields.
- Proven experience in marketing or similar role at least 2 years
- Experience in FMCG or Luxury Beauty business will be advantage.
- Fluent in Chinese - English - Thai (Reading - Writing - Speaking)
- Knowledge of markets trends and consumers.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and positive thinking.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Have a great personality.

Key accountabilities:

- Working closely with Global marketing team, to contribute to growth of PANPURI (Retail & Services), by driving new product launches and service initiatives via cut-through communication, promotional tools to Chinese customers.
- Initiate marketing strategy, plan and implement new product launches to Chinese consumers (in-bound, mainland) and manage marketing material adaptation to fit the market.
- Analyze sales data, consumer feedbacks, product trend and competitors to make recommendations to management on business plan.
- Manage budget, analyse and give media recommendations to management (Media type, KOLs proposal, PR)
- Implement promotions and marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and sales in Local stores and Work closely with International team to build sales on E-Com (T-mall)
- Be key contact person to interact effectively with related parties both internal (Retail, Services, International Team, Design) and External parties (Agency) to successfully deliver marketing campaign.
