Job Qualifications

- Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel.
- Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets
- Able to develop relationships with 3rd parties and the hotel teams.
- Capacity to read situation, understand environments and respond accordingly
- Ability to work across all levels and functions of client portfolio under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
- Minimum of 2 years of Distribution or E-Commerce experience in the hospitality industry
- Existing relationship with OTAs- Market Manager is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English

- Manage and maintain inventory controls
- Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies
- Actively involved in planning initiatives to grow online and direct segment to all hotels.
- Conduct competitive and demand analysis
- Maintain distribution channel data integrity.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
- Independently implements appropriate hotel inventory distribution strategy; maintains accurate rates and inventory allotments in the GDS and property PMS, various OTAs and website in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels.
- Implement revenue management strategies and processes in our client hotels, in order to optimize and maximize its revenues
- Develops near and long-term top-line rooms revenue forecasts upon request from the supervisor.
- Spearheads troubleshooting and resolution of any GDS rate loading issues as they occur.
- Analyzes independently and determines whether hotel is effectively marketing itself across electronic distribution channels.
- Identify new revenue opportunities.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Optimize and expand distribution partnerships.
- Participate and prepare rolling forecast and annual budget for each property.
- Attend Weekly Sales Meeting to maintain communication of strategies and need periods.
