Job Qualifications

- Male, age 28-35 years old
- Bachelors Degree in any field
- Significant work experience handling guest service responsibilities, preferably in a hotel or spa /reception setting
- Excellent Customer Services, problem-solving, customer solution provider and result oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in English and/or Chinese
- Have a great personality and service mind.
- Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize and work under pressure
- Good attitude, Strong leadership
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and all other relevant computer programs

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manages the Guest Relations/Front office team and schedules the staff (Roster).
- Maintains high visibility in the front desk area and all wellness services area and provide assistance to our guests in a pro-active way
- Ensures areas under supervision are perfectly maintained; conducts routine inspections of Public areas; takes proactive steps to rectify any shortcomings
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
- Follows-up with guests who expressed a concern/issue to ensure complete satisfaction; composes response letters and tracks in the appropriate system.
- Ensure and maintain a very high services standard of personal hygiene, behavior and grooming standards of all staff.
- Analyzing guest feedback and providing strategic direction to continually improve services and guest experience.
- Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Assists in the interviewing and hiring of employee team members as needed.
- Assist staff trainings are in place to achieve required product knowledge and all quality standards.
- Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensures employees do the same within the team.
- Serves as a leader in displaying outstanding services mind skills.
