Facial & Services Training Assistant Manager

- Male or Female, age 30-37 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 3-5 years experience in training & education in retail/skin care industry
- Strong Facial or Skin care skill & teamwork and service-minded with excellent supervisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including both speaking, presenting and listening in Thai and English
- Excellent presentation & communication
- Proactive - dynamic, enthusiastic, direct to the point, flexible, team player, entrepreneur, committed and self-driven
- Passion for skincare with high sense of luxury consumer and service
- Willing to learn - open-minded and positive thinking
- Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Develop Facial/Skin care training modules/materials in order to reach retail/service objectives and deliver bi-annual national Showcases to our Bas
- Provide induction and Service training programs for new Wellness & Spa hires for the purpose of Excellence services
- Develop retail and service team capability on skin care sales and soft skills
- Ensure all training material is delivered on time and within budget
- Visit stores to ensure the training message is implemented consistently across different regions and to ensure your education and coaching method is relevant to the business needs
- Recommend and develop innovative, effective methods of educating and driving exceptional Facial/Skin care and service
- Evaluate the impact of Education on sales/service and feedback to Training Manager
