Security Manager

-At least 3 years experience in the same position, has experience in Accor Group is an advantage.
Experience in reporting and emergency response planning & Fire fighting qualification.
-Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good leadership.
-Able to manage work systematically, well organized.
-Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai

-Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
-Coordinate with government and law enforcement agencies as necessary.
-Educate employees of rule infractions or violations and workplace safety knowledge.
-Assist the hotel in complying with Local Fire Safety Legislation and conduct safety trainings for all employees.
-Investigate incidents that occur in the hotel that related to the hotel- s properties, customers and employees.
-Supervise and train all security personnel.
-Review reports on incidents and breaches.
-Coordinate additional personnel for Conference and Banqueting functions.
-Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel, engage in the implementation of safety and security procedures for the department, and provide assistance and advice to other departments in relation to security.
