Handling end-to-end benefits including social security, provident fund, health/life insurance, medical claims, employee filing, uniforms, canteen, first aid room.
Preparing company access such as uniform, employee card for new staff on first working day.
Preparing time attendance report, compensation and benefit report
Handling internal communication and activities
Checking and calculating OT, night shift, adjust or deduct for monthly payroll
