- Handles telephone incoming/outgoing calls.
- Arranges appointments for GM ; reminds superior of appointments and meeting.
- Keep files in good order.
- Responsible for the good order/cleanliness of own work area and equipment and
GENERAL MISSION
- Ensures efficiency of the administration
- Assists directly the GM his/her responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
- Ensures that the day to day administrative needs are fulfilled.
- Responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services for GM
- Keeps confidential information- s.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Takes down and transcribes minutes of meeting and dictation from GM.
- Drafts routine or simple correspondence for the GM as assigned.
- Types correspondence, memorandum, circulars, reports.
- Opens/dispatches mail relative to the department.
- Maintains office supply stock.
- Performs special duties on relation with the hotel when requested.
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles suppliers when requested.
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inputs in the computer specific data when requested.
