The Telecommunication Supervisor has the responsibility to processes local, long distance and oversea call, provided wake up call, service all incoming calls, providing directory services for guest, provide information of the hotel and follow the procedure in the case of emergencies.
- To handles all incoming and outgoing calls on the PABX and service consoles promptly, efficiently and courteously.
- To assist guest and hotel executives to make a long distance calls via operator and make out charge vouchers accurately.
- To handles - Wake-Up Call- accurately and efficiently.
- To handle the in-house music and movie system.
- To maintain the cleanliness and good order of the working area
